We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Europe!
Exalate is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our team. As a SDR at Exalate, you get the opportunity to lead the conversion of opportunities that power our Revenue engine. Your core responsibility will be to uncover and qualify new sales opportunities, both from inbound leads, our existing customer base and outreach to target accounts. You'll be an integral part of our team of SDRs within our Marketing Department, collaborating to drive revenue growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Promptly engage and qualify inbound leads, conduct high-level discovery conversations.
- Maintain accuracy of data in the sales CRM funnel, ensuring it remains up-to-date.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging marketing and automation (Outbound).
- Assist in optimizing the user onboarding experience, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Gather, document, and report feedback and insights to enhance conversation success rates and increase product demos.
- Manage demo scheduling for Account Executives and plan follow-up steps.
- Engage in intelligent and compelling conversations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide basic support in live chat based on documentation and direct to technical support as required.
Measuring Success:We believe in setting clear, measurable objectives. Here are your OKRs for the first 3 months days:
First 30 Days:
- Qualify and engage with 100% of inbound leads within 24 hours.
- Understand our full product offerings, becoming a product expert (extensive training will be provided)
- Maintain CRM data accuracy at 98% or higher.
- Achieve a 20% increase in conversion rates through personalized value propositions.
- Foster effective collaboration with the sales team, contributing to a 10% improvement in team performance.
First 60 Days:
- Identify and pursue 50% more sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Increase product demo requests by 30% through feedback-driven improvements.
- Achieve a 90% demo scheduling accuracy rate.
- Maintain a 95% positive prospect engagement rate across all communication channels.
- First 90 Days:
- Optimize user onboarding experience, resulting in a 10% decrease in onboarding support requests.
- Leverage IT experience to provide specialized support for 20% of customers.
- Utilize B2B inside sales background to achieve a 15% boost in sales performance.
- Maintain a consistent 95% goal attainment rate throughout your tenure.

- Natural aptitude for sales with high emotional intelligence, bringing energy, motivation, and goal-oriented focus (Always be closing).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed sales team.
- Prior success in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proficient in managing CRM sales and SDR funnels, with experience in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM as a plus.
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and adept at time management while excelling in independent work.
